I have used Aegon for over 20 years for managing my pensions (Have two pensions from current and previous employer with Aegon). Have never experienced any issues with them. The two or 3 times I have had to contact them either via phone or e-mail, it has been dealt with in a timely manner.
I use the App on a regular basis and 3 or 4 times a year use Target Plan to ensure my pension is on track and if any changes need to be made.
Overall very happy with the performance of the investment funds my Aegon pensions are invested into. Hopefully this trend continues and I can look forward to a comfortable retirement.
