Don't bother insuring with these. Bedroom ceiling came down after torrential rain and gusts shifted a roof tile. Won't pay out they said no record of heavy rain or wind. Has to be over 55mph wind and 55mm rain in a short period. They trick way out of any pay out, fraudulent company. Look at truspilot reviews and go elsewhere. Sneaky dirty scammers
