Not had many times to go in or ring the bank but they have been extremely helpful and polite. The branches have skso been refurbished which is nice.

Found Bedford Insurance last year on a comparison website, and this year when I came to renew, Bedford rang me with my renewal price, I did the usual checks and Bedford beat them all. Very impressed.
