I have had the 123 account for about 4 years. I manage it online and receive cashback ever month. In this time, I have accrued over £400 in cashback. Any time I have contacted Santander they are extremely helpful and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.

I have recently put my money into the new ISA Nationwide announced for customers who have an account with them. They are giving you a higher rate and it was so easy to do online. I had looked at other banks and the rate was not as good as Nationwide.

I have had a flex account with Nationwide for nearly 25 years. The extras you get with the account are fantastic - travel insurance, mobile phone and breakdown cover. I would recommend Nationwide to everyone for their first class customer service and products on offer.

I used AXA for landlord insurance and received a very competitive price. Their manner on the phone is first class and I would recommend them for insurance.

I have used Nationwide for over 25 years for my salary being paid in and my direct debits. They are really friendly and I never have any problems with charges, etc. Their customer service on the telephone is also excellent. I would recommend them to everyone.
