Business Internet Banking - Appalling customer service

I too need a new internet banking security card. Tried a few days ago to telephone and was cut-off after 2 hours ! I then tried to web-chat (advertised as quick and efficient). Gave up after 1.5 hours as I couldn't sit looking at my ipad any longer) I then logged a call-back today over 4.5 hours ago - still waiting!
