Absolute worst experience

We have two business bank accounts with Santander, for companies in the same group. We tried to open a third account, for a new company we acquired. It has been 13 weeks to date, and not one person in the team is able to tell us why it is taking so long. What's more, they have now asked us to recertify our other two accounts as well! The communication is shockingly bad. *Turnover >£5m. Reviewed on: 19th November 2021
