My advice would be to avoid Aviva. Still waiting for liability of my claim to be process 3 months after the accident. Simple rear end accident yet I have to pay excess and interest with no timeline by Aviva provided. On top of this they only communicate 'when asked' and you have to be on old for hours for the privilege.
