Honestly the biggest con. Our policy is worth 19k a year, they refuse treatment, try and force you to do everything via zoom, you don’t get to choose your dr, they force you through triages so they put people off accessing care, they only allow you to use some of the least qualified and least exspensive physios etc it’s just a total sham. I’m so annoyed we ever moved from AXA. I would have spent far less just paying for everything directly myself. Total con.
