Paid travel insurance by direct debit. Barclays kept taking the money for two years while unbeknown to me I was no longer covered because I had turned 80. The confirmation of cover letter sent for my years cover just before I turned 80 had my birth date in the middle of the letter so I assumed I was still covered. They have now confirmed that I have not been covered for the last two years despite charging me, but will not refund the money. A total scam.
