Recently opened Flex Account and had to move all my DD's myself as previous bank YBS aren't part of switching service. Due to this Nationwide won't pay the £125 switch bonus. So I spend hours on the phone to switch DD's and Nationwide say hard luck! So much for rewarding their members!
