Went through all the hoops to be told that Avivs will not pay for radiotherapy on my hand. I went to an Aviva approved consultant who referred me to another consultant for treatment. Aviva will not pay so am paying for it myself. They are not even paying for the initial consultant action as this is within my excess and the radiotherapy consultation was free. All they effectively did was complicate matters and cause delay. I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anybody, especially somebody in need as they will only cause delays through their protocols
