Avoid this bank. This bank has terrible customer service. I’ve had unauthorised activity on my account, and I’ve been waiting over 1 and half hours to speak to the fraud department, and while talking to them they just cut the line. This bank doesn’t take their customers seriously and I am in the process of complaining to the FCA. They have rubbish childish service. They shouldn’t be operating
