I've held various accounts with Atom since 2017, both Fixed Saver and Instant Saver.
Cannot fault them.
The one time I've rang their customer service my query was swiftly remedied.
The app is fantastic and Atom are always brisk in increasing their variable interest rates whilst their rivals can be sluggish in that respect.

Since 2017 I've held various accounts with Atom and not had one negative experience.
In my opinion Atom deserve 10/10 in every respect.
