Was told my procedure was authorised.
Took my full years premium.£3K
Then told me I shouldn't have been told it was authorised. Silly mistake by the claims advisor. Sorry. Won't honour it even though they agree it's recorded on the call.
I've dealt with many health insurance companies. Aviva health is by far the worst.
Other reviewers agree. But Aviva make sure that their Trustpilot reviews appear on any websearch because those are artificially high.
