Better than Chip!

Since Chip have a love for removing their founding and loyal customers from their platform and using T&Cs against them, wrongly, I have found a new friend in my savings arsenal. Moneybox! The app is terrific, as is their customer services team. Friendly, professional and truly incredible in every way. One thing I’d love is for them to use open banking on their savings accounts to allow customers to deposit when they wish as well as the automatic weekly deposit… Highly Recommended to anyone, you won’t regret it! Best Bank

I’ve been with starling for a few years and cannot think of leaving them. They have been absolutely terrific from day one with the best customer service experience (unlike chip) and excellent assistance when something isn’t quite right and can be contacted anytime of day. Having been with RBS, TSB, HBoS over the years and finding them to be an absolute nightmare and completely useless in customer service, changing to starling was the best thing I could have ever done! They to me are are truly fantastic, their app is so good and easy to use and does everything you want it to and makes banking an absolute joy. From cheque depositing, checking your balances and payments to sending or receiving money between friends, family or tradespeople. It is so good. Love how you get notified of every transaction, when you get a message or payment in or even when a payment is due in the next day or two just so you are not left in the dark. I like that a lot! Their statements are simple and clear, without all the clutter and mess and give you clear concise information you need and you can view or download with ease. The customer service is second to none and the team are so respectful and give you personal respect as a person rather than you being another number on their sheet.
