Their app and customer service are a disaster

I have been an AIB customer for the last 10 years. The last couple of years have been horrible. They could never build a reliable app. The authentification system on both desktop and mobile app are very buggy to say the least. They often block your card for no reason and you have to call them to unblock it. The only problem is that no one answers the phone. I have been trying to unblock my card for the last 2 months with no luck. This is a nightmare. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022
