It was easy to take out the insurance and renewal prices have been fair, I've stayed with Healthy Pets for my dog's insurance for 8 years now. Have had to claim a few times and the process has been really simple and I've been covered as expected. No nasty surprises and their customer service team has been great every time I've called or emailed.

It was so easy to claim on my policy, the claim form was simple to complete and I got back everything I expected, the only deduction was the policy excess which was obvious! Every time I've had to make changes to the policy it's been easy and quick and the staff have been friendly and helpful.

Friendly and efficient staff; everyone has always been really helpful when I've needed to make changes to my policy or had questions about my pet's cover. I've only needed to make 1 claim and it was paid out really quickly with only the excess deducted. The claim form was simple to complete and they kept me informed with the process once it had been sent in by the vet. I would really recommend them, I've insured with them for 5 years now and haven't had any problems.

I've insured with them for 2 years now, their customer service on the phone is excellent & all staff I've spoken to are friendly and efficient. Their renewal procedure is simple and their price was very competitive. Taking out the policy in the first place was easy and the paperwork arrived quickly.
