Insured with Lloyds for 16 years. First claim rejected as they have tried everything for two years not to pay for damage to my patio caused by water from a neighbour and finally said they needed a picture of the patio before the damage!!!! Do not go near this company, usual insurance company told my wife that we had a policy that covered everything (don't believe a word they tell you). N.McGinley
