When planning a trip to Amsterdam at the beginning of the year, Debenhams had the best rate after carrying out research at several vendors. Friendly and professional service too!

They were there for me when one of my kittens was unwell. Covered the cost of tests and treatments at an emotionally difficult time which helped with the stress. Affordable, dependable and friendly and professional when I've spoken to them on the phone. Will never switch insurers whilst recieving this great service and support.
