I always get a warm friendly welcome when popping into TSB - I love the facilities for online banking too. I’ve never experienced a problem with this bank

I used Esure for last years car insurance, sadly they couldn't be beaten on price this year. However I will say they have a great customer service team. I experience a little bump in the car and they were very helpful indeed. In the end the claim didn't go through as the other driver decided they could fix things themselves. Esure were great, there was no pressure to put a claim in and they didn't hound me with phone calls when I came to leave their service either.

I used a comparison site as I often do to find the best insurance deals and Halifax came out on top. I've not had to use my insurance but I did call their customer service department to check they had everything they needed off me document wise. I got through really quickly and spoke to a lovely young man.
