Terrible customer service and fees charged

Charges are made to the customer for the payment card not going through. You can't change the bank details online if it's an outdated card, and it's a nightmare to get through on the phone. They charge you 20 pounds for a failed payment fee regardless of the reason. Disgusting service. Reviewed on: 18th February 2022
