No Duty Of Care To The Customer

I have been waiting for a reply from June2021. A woman by the name of Alex in customer relation is to get back to me. After numerous calls and letters to the chairman there is still no action. No duty of care or regard for the customer. One star is a star too many for this company. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022
