the worst insurance company i have come across

after making a claim had to jump throw hoops after five emails they decided i could make a claim and had to pay £125 excess at the same time my policy was due to renew three weeks after the claim i decided not to renew a couple of days after i got the all clear to claim i rang to pay my excess and was told we have closed your account down to which i replied i have paid up until the 26 of the month i was put on hold five minutes later i was told i would have to wait 24 hours and then go online to pay my excess great customer service not Reviewed on: 2nd November 2017
