This insurance is reasonably priced. I have made one claim after a leak ruined my kitchen flooring. There was a delay with them coming out to check which held things up a bit but the staff were polite and accommodating. Ps. Yes I was paid out. I'd recommend, despite the delay, as the insurance was value for money, the staff treated you like an honest person and communication was good. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

I used Direct Line as they were the cheapest but having since joined I've found out about their amazing customer service. The customer service stands out and they are easily contactable via email or phone. Great if you want to go paperless. Would I recommend to all as they are professional, and value for money. Helpful reminders to assist in rebuilding credit rating.

I really like this card. It has text message reminder features so you know when payments are due and balances are low. I have found it good that they don't give you instant increases bit it's based on the management of your account so as you evidence that you can manage your money to get access to greater increases. Customer service has been good, they offer an app which is helpful in keeping track of your usage. Is defiantly recommend Vanquis to others who have had credit difficulties in the past. I love using coop as its an ethical bank, you get that feel good factor whilst doing essential banking. The customer service has always been what has stood out to me as it has been fab either on the phone or in branch. They have updated the online system recently too so please don't be put off by the stories in the press, it's still alive and kicking . I feel my money is safe and I'm well looked after. I've had this account for a while now and love how easy it is to use. I have a current account with them too and do lots of online banking. It's easy to transfer money between accounts and it feels good to know it's ethical banking too. Don't be put off by reports about this bank, Customer Service is fantastic and I've always found the staff to be really helpful at the branch or on the phone. Keep up the good work Coop!
