Love this produce and the app is great too. Only thing that frustrates me is that it should clearly show when your annual cash back will be credited

Have always banked with NatWest , but in recent years have been using the Mobile App. I think the App is fine for balance checks but needs improved functionality in terms of mortgages and ISAs.
