I have always found the cost to be low , giving excellent value for the insurance cover I need . It is simple to renew and the customer service has been consistently good .The on line processes are straight forward and easy to navigate and use .

I went on to their website and requested a call back at 12.00pm. They called exactly on time , dealing with my enquiry efficiently and effectively . sending out an application form , which was promptly received, and returned . I then got a call a couple of days later acknowledging my application . The interest rate is also very competitive .

The staff are always polite and welcoming. They are patient too. Their regular savings account has one of the best interest rates available .
