Claimed the recent storm wasn't a storm so they wouldn't cover damage

Absolutely do not trust this company. If you're faced with that response, ask for a full written final response to your complaint. Then take it up with the FSA. Additionally, try the ASA for their online advert regarding "House blown away in a storm? We'll cover...". Also contact the MET office for input in regards to "It's not a storm". Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
