I was without banking provisions for a long time and Bank of Scotland where so willing to go the extra mile to help me. I now have a regular current account but have kept my cash account as it is so nice to have the option of a basic account to pay bills etc

After losing my job and being treated appallingly by my previous bank BofS stepped in when i was at my lowest and helped me regain some dignity. The Classic account is excellent and offers everything you would expect and has no fee.

This has been a great experience. I was really struggling financially and was able to get back on track with the help of Bank of Scotland, They initially provided me with a basic account when I had none, then after time allowing me to upgrade to a classic account. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I was made redundant and due to that my credit and financial health was utterly destroyed. BofS were the only bank to offer me practical help and secured me a current account when RBS took away my only one.
