I am constantly infuriated. I have been a good customer for 42 years and it drives me mad I get nothing for being a loyal customer but bank is giving out £100 to get new customers who will probably only jump ship again when the time is up and another deal comes along. Any time I contact Bank they fob me off - I can feel my blood boil now just writing this.

I have banked for over 40 years with Glasgow branch and never had a problem. Was concerned about the proposed closure of Scottish branches but that seems to have gone quiet !
