I never claimed on my insurance and my premium doubled despite the fact my dog is healthy and only a 14 months old. I've changed companies as I'm disgusted that they wanted so much money.

Every dealing I have had with customer services has been fantastic: the solution to the problem has been found immediately and they have been kind, courteous and explained things well. I've been with them for over a decade now and could not be happier. And the fact they do not provide weapons nor do they fund horrendous planet-destroying activities like fracking.
