Never Sorted.. Had to move to another card

Hi all.. This is just as an update, Pockit never gave me my money back.. Even though my balance was £0.. and on the third new card.. There were still people in South America trying to use the card details.. Only reason they couldn't have a night out on me was due to by zero balance.. I LEFT.. and moved to another prepay card provider.. There's loads out there... I urge you to do as I did and LEAVE...! Reviewed on: 6th February 2018

Why do you not reply to people, I have had Money taken from my account (Like many other Pockit card users) and you don't care... Anybody reading this please avoid like the plague.. I have had money taken from the card and debits in San Paulo... I've paid for someone's petrol in South America...!! POCKIT really don't care, their customer care number just rings and rings (costing 13p/min), so trying to speak to them about lost money, costs you Money...! Fraudulant Card Debits

My Pockit card has had Fraudulent debits from unknown 3rd Parties in San Paulo and also some American States, Pockit , When I e-mail Pockit (using their online form and externally via their e-mail address nobody gets back to me.. then I have tried phoning their customer services number.. guess what.. you just get the 'your call is important message', but nobody answers.. this is so frustrating.. You have money Fraudulently missing from your account and nobody is available to even answer the phone to help.. Pockit... Why is your customer service so bad... also reading other reviews, I am not the only one to have money missing to debits in South America.. how is this happening.. I have given up trying to contact Pockit and put the Money loss down to experience, I will demonstrate by cancelling the card and walking away..
