After having many issues and endless phone calls and communications with extended warranty and/or insurance companies for some of my higher end possessions like cars, mountain bike, phones etc I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and professionalism of claiming with Photoguard (Thistle Insurance) I made a claim on my Canon 5d IV and for once I have found an insurance company that don't take the initial stance of your lying and trying it on.
After dropping my almost new camera accidentally I was devastated but the ease of claiming with Photoguard has soften the blow to pardon the pun. Within two weeks of initial claim my camera has now been repaired and returned to me from a repair shop of my choice.
