Excellent customer service

I have had a flex account with Nationwide for several years and although they are not the best for interest rates they provide excellent customer service and if I ever have any issues they are resolved very speedily by English speaking staff who are very professional. The overdraft fees are negligible too. They also pay £200 (£100 to each party) when you recommend someone to switch their account. Reviewed on: 12th November 2017
