Having recently suffered Storm damage to our roof, the Ageas surveyor told us that they would not meet the costs of repairs, as we had 'failed to maintain our roof'.
Over the past few years, we have replaced the soffits, facias & gutters; had the end/edge tiles professionally secured and repaired the end ridge tile - so how does this constitute a failure to maintain?
I asked Ageas to review their decision but didn't receive a reply.
