Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with I opted out due to me being off work sick and having lost my mum and brother in a short period of time as I’m casual I’ve no income so this as I’m 55 would be a great help but no it’s awful trying to get my own money back off them don’t answer emails then if they do bother to answer the phone it’s a call centre who just read what’s infront of them telling me I need to get my employer to confirm date my contributions ended which they have done 4 times keep telling me I need to wait till 22nd which I did last month it’s now wait till 22nd of this month warning to you all DO NOT use this company worst ever Reviewed on: 12th March 2022
