I can’t access my account and their site keeps telling me my details are wrong so I can’t log in. But my details are not wrong. For the past month I’ve tried to contact them about this and they just don’t want to help. I can’t even check my money that’s in the account. I’m not putting any more money into this account as I find it really strange how a company lets u put money in but not let u take it out too. Not one email back from Pockit. Worst customer service ever. I’m changing banks.
