Lied about sending renewal invite.( Small print says they will send invite 10 days before) They would've charged more than £100 more on auto renew if I hadnt cancelled.They couldn't have cared less on phone. Makes me wonder what experience I would have received if had made a claim ,don't recommend, and make sure you note when renewal is due.
