Informed company that I was not going to renew car insurance with them online. Set up for insurance to start with another company. Checking my bank account as Christmas here and had been putting money aside only to find out that more than had taken money out to pay insurance. Contacted them regarding this only to be told they wanted me to send proof that I had purchased car insurance (what a cheek) and to send proof to them before they would look into it ! I have done this as I cannot afford to pay for two car insurances on the same car, I am still waiting for return of funds,. Dreadful dreadful service
