I borrowed money from RateSetter in one of my worst moment in my life, when I lost my mum and I was in need for money for the funerals. I won’t forget never that RateSetter was the only lender who helped me in those awful moments. Thank you!

I transferred 55 pounds in this pokit card but since 2 months ago I can't use the card. I tried to contact the customer service and always a robot answer and it's telling me to leave my phone number and name to be connected later. No one never comes back to me. I don't know how to proceed to get my money back from there. If is someone who knows please reply on this. Thank you.
