I first went in to Lloyds with my mum, I was feeling anxious, but when I walked in we was greeted immediately which calmed me as I didn't have to wait, the service was straight forward and the woman was lovely and answered any questions I had, I was relaxed, the service was great! would recommend them to anyone!
