Paid excess for a no fault claim. Wanted to know when would get it back but in long queues on phone out through to another person 3 times waiting each time and on the last time got cut off. No reply to emails but put next premium up by approx £500 because they said the other insurers not accepted fault. I know the other insurer HAS accepted liability as paid their client in 2 weeks.
