I've banked with HSBC for more than 20 years and never had any issues with the banking aspect ...it is efficient, reliable. There have been occasions where the staff on the phone have not been very polite, but on the whole, the service has been good.

I have been with HSBC for about 15 years now and find their internet banking very easy to use. I especially like the "pending transactions" feature in my current account. I check my account daily and this feature reminds me what is going out soon and I can ensure the money is in my account.
I have now upgraded to HSBC advance which incurs no monthly fee, and it comes with a range of discounts which I find very handy indeed.
