Over the years I've found Churchill very helpful and approachable. I have rung them a couple of times with general admin questions and they've always been lovely and happy to help. They are also good value for money. All in all a very good company.

I'd been a loyal TSB customer for years when I realised that therewas no decent customer service and I was just another number to them. I moved to Halifax over a year ago and have been finding them great so far. Very customer service orientated.
