I set up a private pension to consolidate two other pensions from previous employers. Those two pensions no longer had contributions going to them so they would only decrease in value over time. The transfer process was so simple with money box & I love that I have a choice of where to invest my money as I don't know a whole lot about stocks & shares. The videos explaining each portfolio were really helpful. I love that I will now only be paying for 1 holder instead of 2. Their customer service are great too - no question is too silly for them!

I set up a LISA to help save towards retirement. The app is super easy to use - you can set up for money to be taken out every month automatically which is convenient and good for me as I can be forgetful! I like that you can see your payments and what's coming up, a breakdown of your bonus, and that you can round up your transactions to add a little extra each week if you want. I like the pension calculator as it helps me ensure that I'm on track for the lifestyle that I want. Their customer service are speedy, professional, and helpful. I love the articles that breakdown all the jargon around savings. I also really like that there's a high penalty for withdrawing money before 60 as it stops me from being tempted to withdraw funds like I have been with my cash ISA.
