I was an idiot and accidently dropped one of my airpods down the sink. I called up Tesco bank and within 15 minutes total (after sending receipts, serial numbers etc) they'd accepted the claim. No excess (as it was accidental loss) and the money was in my account within 48 hours. Highly recommended!
