Went with them because they were lowest premium, what a mistake l am sorry now. I needed to remove a private plate on my vehicle so change the registration number on my policy most insurance companys allow this free online but autonet charge £17.50 because they only use agents to process changes to your policy you cant do it yourself via an on line website. When I came to cancel my policy again only allowed through calling an agent, they charge £50 company fee and then another £50 broker's fee, so £100!!
Totally unacceptable other companies do not charge such high amounts.they told me it would have been even higher if I had opted for monthly payments and not a one off annual payment.
Total ripoff I would never use them again or advise anyone else to do so.
