Once upon a time a fine Northern Rock account, then Virgin/Cleveland? But uncompetitive rates and then when opting for closure and cheque the result is another letter requesting another signed form. No other institution I have dealt with has such a delaying tactic and you provide your own envelope and stamp. Steer clear.
