I tried to make a buildings claim in the recent storms after some minor tile damage took place in the high winds. That's where the issues started, Halifax are virtually impossible to contact, the phone line plays a COVID message and disconnects and they didn't respond to my emails. Thankfully my issue wasn't major, I dread to think of dealing with this company after a major leak or a stressful burglary. Useless!
