HSBC are not competing at the level they once were, whereas other banks have moved forward by offering incentives around cashback HSBC remains stagnant and unmoved on giving back to their customers.

Correspondence is clear, Customer Service is straight to the point and their website is easy to navigate. I can be in control whenever I so wish and wherever I may be - I'm the boss!!!
