Hit by a young driver caused massive damage to my car and me Esure client
They only talk to you if your paying them. I’m going to have to pursue the driver and insurance company through the courts even after they admitted full liability im lucky it was on cctv or I wiuod get nothing. My car has been off the road for 2 months They don’t return calls I have over 30 unanswered emails then you go to their complaints dept they just shrug there shoulders and that’s it

They give you a video exam by a doctor of sorts he isn’t interested in what you say is wrong with you he asked me to make 2 movements and that was it then writes lies about examining me
